Miley Cyrus hosts wild party after Britney Spears’ Las Vegas concert

After watching Britney Spears kick off her Las Vegas residency with a bang-erz, Miley Cyrus went on to host quite the party.
The 21-year-old "Adore You" singer hit up Sin City to support Spears during the opening night of her "Piece of Me" show at Planet Hollywood and immediately following the concert, she helped unveil the brand new Beacher's Madhouse at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino.

Cyrus, who wore a scantily clad black and brown ensemble, was spotted turning it up inside the nightclub as she grinded up on several different partygoers including her assistant and BFF Cheyne Thomas.

             

It comes as no surprise that Cyrus was asked to host the star-studded opening as she chose to ring in her 21st birthday at the Beacher's Madhouse in Hollywood last month.
Katy Perry, Selena Gomez, Kellan Lutz, Mario Lopez, Adam Lambert, Emile Hirsch, David Copperfield, DJ Pauly D and Mark Salling were among the celebrity attendees at the glittering affair.

Lutz's attendance raised some eyebrows as he and Cyrus have been the center of romance rumors lately.
The duo have been spotted spending time together in recent weeks and according to an Us Weekly report, they are having a fling.
